Skytek Imaging relies on 3rd party data including pictures, imagery, and software to obtain measurements that are as close as possible to the actual structure. Skytek Imaging reports are usually within 96% of the actual structures. The Copyrighted Materials are provided to you "as is," and you agree to use it at your own risk. SkyTek Imaging makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, including but not limited to, content, quality, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, usefulness, use or results to be obtained from the roofing reports. Skytek Imaging is NOT responsible for inaccurate measurements due to faulty 3rd party data or information including human error and therefore we recommend that anyone using these measurements verify a few sides of the roofing report before making a material purchase or offering a bid. Bank purchases are offered for the purpose of obtaining discounted pricing, therefore bank purchases are non-refundable. Skytek Imaging will re-produce or refund any single order due to possible errors on behalf of Skytek Imaging. SkyTek Imaging will not refund or reproduce any diagrams or roof reports from addresses or data provided by the client. When purchasing any roof reports from SkyTek Imaging, you (the client) agree and abide by these terms and conditions.
